Shipping policy

At Glowom, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-6 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7-10 business days

(Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or app.

4. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • Glowom Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to addresses within India.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
  • Always record an unboxing video when opening your package, as it is required to process any damage/defect claims.
