Refund and Returns Policy
At Glowom Accessories, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product goes through a strict Quality Control (Q&C) check before dispatch to ensure that you receive only the best.
As part of our policy, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in case of transit damage or wrong product delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged in transit or an incorrect product is shipped.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@glowom.com .

A mandatory unboxing video (without pause/edit) from opening the courier packet until the defect/wrong product is clearly visible must be submitted as proof.

If approved by our Q&C team, you must ship the product back in its original condition, unworn and with tags/packaging intact within 48 hours of approval.

We charge a flat fee of ₹80 for Return & Reverse Logistics. This fee is charged once per entire order.

Once the return is received and verified, we will replace the item with a new one. If the product is out of stock, you may choose another item of the same value.

Please note: We do not issue refunds or store credits.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized/personalized products
- Products damaged after delivery (including wear & tear or breakage caused by customer)
- Products returned in used/altered condition
- Size-related issues (please check size guide carefully before purchase)
- Minor color/stone/design variations in handcrafted jewellery & accessories (natural variations are not defects)
- Orders with incorrect delivery address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept package
- Sale/discounted items
Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.
- Our strict quality checks ensure minimal chances of return/exchange needs.
